Job Description – Recruitment Assistant Intern
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, HR operations, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across platforms.
- Screen applications and support in shortlisting qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support in conducting reference checks and other pre-employment requirements.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR/Recruitment team as required.
- Participate in HR/recruitment projects and contribute fresh ideas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and French
- Previous internships or experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
