TENDER NOTICE: No 015 AgDF/S/NCB/2026
Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) herebyinvitesqualified companies to submit their bids for the following tender:
Provision of cleaning services
- The tender document in English may be obtained on any working day upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000), deposited into AgDF Corporate Trust Ltd Account No. 00040-00424687-43 held at Bank of Kigali. Proof of payment should be sentto[email protected], upon which the tender document will be provided.
- Well-scanned bids written in English language, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund must be submitted not later than Thursday 25th June 2026 at 3:00PM. All bids submissions are done online and sent to [email protected] , Late bids will be rejected.
- The opening of bids will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in AgDF board room on 25th June 2026 at 3:30 PM.
- Bidders should be companies registered in Rwanda.
- The bid title should clearly indicate the tender name. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
