ADDENDUM No 1

TENDER REFERENCE: 189/G/ICB/2025/2026/RMS LTD,

TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY AND delivery of laboratory devices, materials, equipment and related reagents and consumables

Rwanda Medical Supply Limited would like to notify invited manufacturers/suppliers the following amendments regarding the aforementioned tender. 

1. NGS Equipment (item 11)
   • The specific model indicated under the NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) equipment is hereby removed. Bidders may propose any compliant manufacture and model that meets the technical requirements and performance specifications outlined in the tender document.
2. RT-PCR Platform( item 14,15)
   • The RT-PCR Platform item is hereby removed from the tender and shall no longer form part of this procurement process
3. Addition of other Laboratory Equipment
   • Other laboratory equipment has been incorporated into the tender document. The detailed technical specifications and requirements for the added equipment are provided in the annexed table below.
4. Removal of Quantities

• The quantities specified in the tender document are hereby removed from the tender document and shall no longer form part of this procurement process

Bidders are requested to take note of these amendments when preparing and submitting their bids.

NB: Other clauses, which are not mentioned in this addendum No1 remain unchanged as announced in initial tender.
