Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media pages and website.
- Create professional posters, videos and marketing content using AI tools.
- Plan and run digital advertising, email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Promote auctions and company services through digital channels.
- Introduce AI tools and automation to improve company operations.
- Respond to online enquiries and engage potential customers.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or professional training in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Communications or a related field.
- Practical experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of AI tools, graphic design and content creation.
- Experience with website management and paid advertising is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
