ActionAid Rwanda is inviting qualified, reputable Garage to submit their proposals for REPAIR AND SERVICING OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR 2026
The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest is to shortlist legally registered service providers with pre‐requisite qualifications to be considered for contractual purposes to handle the repair and servicing of motor vehicles (garage services) ActionAid Rwanda in 2026.
ActionAid Rwanda reserves the right to reject all Expressions of Interest not fulfilling requirements associated with this request. ActionAid Rwanda will in no case be responsible or liable for any and/or all costs associated with the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.
The expressions of interest should reflect the documentation as per the example below:
- A cover letter addressed to Actionaid Rwanda Interim Executive Director,
- Company Profile,
- Company information, including, vendor’s physical address, full legal name, email address, website and contact person,
- Company RDB registration certificate clearly demonstrates legal registration in the category being applied for,
- Valid tax registration certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority,
- Valid clearance from RSSB,
- Valid tax clearance and proof of EBM,
- References from three (3) former or current clients within the past two years,
- The bidder(s) should have expertise(s) in repair and maintenance of TOYOTA products Vehicles and YAMAHA products Motorcycles;
- Financial Proposals (estimated costs); see attached a list of services

Well prepared bids written in English in sealed envelope and presented in 2 copies one of which is original with the subject “EOI FOR REPAIR AND SERVICING OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTOCYCLES (GARAGE SERVICES) FOR 2026” and must be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices at Remera, KG 178 ST, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building not later Tuesday18/11/2025 at 15 :00 pm. Late bids will be rejected.

Important Information
- The prices should be fixed for the period of one year unless for the case of force majeure;
